NTasting Note: Our malbec served in the glass, shows us that we are facing a wine with a great presence, intense color with some violet reflections and black tones. The palate has a sweet entrance, showing all its splendor, with ripe tannins, providing sweetness, structure and a high volume. The flavors highlight black fruits, jam amalgamated with mocha, chocolate from its stay in French oak barrels, leaving a pleasant and persistent finish.

We are very proud about the quality of this wine, it does not take long to wait, it always surprises everybody, when it is served in the glass it is already felt, spilling its freshness and variety of tropical fruits mixed with the vanilla of the Oak barrel. In the mouth does not disappoint, with firm and balanced acidity, unctuous and persistent, a wine that leaves nothing to chance.

Tasting Note: To the goodness and complexity of the malbec wine, we have added structure and spices from the cabernet franc and volume in the mouth from a grape of great personality such as the petit verdot, achieving an assembly of a wine of good structure in the mouth, good volume and a range of species and red fruits in the nose.

Objective: Sometimes to give free rein to the imagination in the world of wines, it can be almost infinite. Searching new tastes and aromas was born, from the assembly of three varietals, of great personality, perfectly amalgamated, where each One contributes its virtues, achieving a different, harmonious wine, full of structure and aromas. Tasting Note: Calathus Gran Corte II, in the world of wines, are like pieces of chess, where they move to make strategic plays, in our wine board we have moved The Queen of the grapes, our malbec, bringing intensity of color, fruits red, jam and plum. The King of the world, our cabernet sauvignon, marking its presence mainly in the mouth, with its strong and pleasant tannins. Finally, a thousand-year-old variety and important as a Bishop, as is our pinot noir, providing complexity of aroma and delicacy.

  • Crianza: 8 meses en barricas de 225 litros, 50% roble francés, 50% roble americano de primer y segundo uso, 4 meses de botella en cava con luz, humedad y temperatura controlada. Nota de Cata: Cabernet Franc, nuestra última incorporación a nuestro portfolio de vino y por alguna forma de mencionarlo, un gran ejemplar que viene a galardonar nuestra línea de alta Gama. A la vista se impone con una tonalidad rojo violáceo concentrado y brillante. Aromáticamente es un vino complejo que saca gran provecho de los frutos rojos y las hierbas aromáticas. Resulta balsámico una vez que respira en copa con un buen aporte especiado, chocolate y coco, de la combinación de barricas de Roble francés y americano. Su ataque es intenso pero gracias a una acidez refrescante logra fluir untuoso y con buen cuerpo. En medio de boca es jugoso con taninos firmes. Final largo con regusto frutal.
