Aging: 3 months in 225 liters barrels, first use French oak,5 months in bottles in cellar with controlled light, humidity and temperature.

Tasting Note: From a meticulous work of precision and passion, Calathus Chardonnay was born, with its presence it already predisposes us to taste a great wine. We are very proud about the quality of this wine, it does not take long to wait, it always surprises everybody, when it is served in the glass it is already felt, spilling its freshness and variety of tropical fruits mixed with the vanilla of the Oak barrel. In the mouth does not disappoint, with firm and balanced acidity, unctuous and persistent, a wine that leaves nothing to chance.
