Aging: 6 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, 50% first and second use American oak, 5 months in the bottle in a cellar with light, humidity and controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes: Intense red in color with violet tones with notes of red fruits, such as blackcurrant and currant, all mixed with sweet spices. It has clear notes of vanilla, a product of its time in oak, resulting in a complex and fresh wine on the palate.
Elaboration: Traditional in stainless steel tanks, prolonged cold maceration, controlled and induced alcoholic fermentation with specific yeasts, completed malolactic fermentation.
